  Por la presente, se informa que el concurso de OBRAS DE REHABILITACIÓN Y AMPLIACIÓN DEL PABELLÓN CENTRAL DEL ANTIGUO HOSPITAL DE CANTOBLANCO PARA SEDE DE LA FUNDACIÓN IMDEA (Exp 001/020/09), según los resultados del proceso de la licitación pública seguido de acuerdo con las normas de contratación de la Fundación Instituto Madrileño de Estudios Avanzados (IMDEA) se ha adjudicado, a la empresa ALDESA CONSTRUCCIONES S.A.

  Las condiciones de la adjudicación a ALDESA CONSTRUCCIONES S.A. son las reflejadas en su oferta técnica y económica, en particular las siguientes:

  Precio: 3.118.011,86 € sin IVA (IVA: 498.881,90 €)
  Plazo de ejecución: 8 meses

• The opening of Envelope 3 "Economic Proposition", pertaining the Execution of Rehabilitation and Construction Works of the Old Central Pavilion of the Hospital de Cantoblanco for the Future Headquarters of the Madrid Institute for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences, REF. # 001/020/09, will take place on December 4th, 2009 at 13:30 hours in the Auditorium of the “Centro de Servicios Empresariales” building located in Calle Isaac Newton, 2 (Parque Tecnológico de Madrid) 28760 Tres Cantos (Madrid).

• Call for proposals for the execution of rehabilitation and construction works of the old central pavilion of the Hospital de Cantoblanco for the future headquarters of the Madrid Institute for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences.

• NEW VISIT TO THE SITE FOR THE REHABILITATION AND CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF THE OLD CENTRAL PAVILION OF THE HOSPITAL DE CANTOBLANCO, REF. # 001/020/09.

  A guided visit to the site will be conducted on November 11th, 2009, at 12:30 AM.

  All those interested should send the attached form (Annex 1 (29KB; )), to the attention of IMDEA Social Sciences, fax number (+34) 91 446 33 66, indicating the Name/s, ID card number/s of the persons representing the interested companies (maximum of 2 people per company), company name, and a fax number where the accreditation and appointment from IMDEA to attend the visit might be sent. Documentation expressing the working relationship between the company and its representative must be attached.

  The day of the visit, representatives from interested companies will be asked to show the accreditation and appointment received from IMDEA to attend the visit.

  It is mandatory for all those attending the visit to comply with safety measures established by standard safety guidelines (footwear, helmet, ...). THOSE NOT COMPLYING WITH REGULAR SAFETY MEASURES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. No safety equipment will be provided under any circumstances by IMDEA.

• VISIT TO THE SITE FOR THE REHABILITATION AND CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF THE OLD CENTRAL PAVILION OF THE HOSPITAL DE CANTOBLANCO, REF. # 001/020/09.
